Without Goldigital, the card ordering process usually involves numerous teams, departments, and staff using multiple systems communicated through various channels. This causes the process to be inefficient as there are numerous connection points for human error, miscommunication, and information leakage.
By implementing Goldigital, majority of the card ordering processes indicated in the following diagram can be done on a single platform as seen in the green box below.
