Access pathway:
Left Menu > Card Order Management > Shopping Cart
- In the shopping cart, users need to select all the items that they want to order by ticking the check boxes
- Enter the order quantity for each of the items
- Click “Place Order”
Order Confirmation Page
- After clicking “Place Order” in your shopping cart, the next page will be a summary of the products chosen
- Fill out the contact and delivery details
- Delivery Method:
- Mail: the Goldpac sales team will be in touch to confirm the delivery details after the order has been placed
- Send to Personalisation Centre: Will be sent to Goldpac’s personalisation bureau and then shipped to customer as usual
- Other: Fill in the contacts and remarks below for other arrangements
- Contact Method:
- Contact Person: Fill in the name of the contact person
- Contact No.: Fill in the contact phone number of the contact person
- Remarks: Enter any special remarks for the order such as special delivery arrangements as a supplement to selecting the “Other” delivery method above
- Order Voucher: Upload your order voucher here

- Click “Order Now” to confirm the order
