To create a new Client Terminal account, please contact your Goldpac account manager to arrange account creation for your organisation.
Each Enterprise Account can have up to 10 sub-accounts (users) for their team members.
Role Permissions

For user role management, please contact your account manager for the following functions:
- Adding new users to the account
- Updating user details
- Password reset (when unable to log in)
- Assigning user roles
- Activating and deactivating users
- Unlocking users (when account is locked for entering the password incorrectly for 5 times consecutively)
- Verifying mobile number
- Verifying email address
