Access Pathway:
Left Menu > Card Order Management > Product List
This section contains a list of all the card products that have been pre-approved by your company for purchasing. Each product includes details such as unit price based on different purchasing quantities, card finishing, sample file, approval document, specification file, and the function to add the product to your shopping cart.
You can look for specific products by using the search bars and dropdown filters at the top. The options available are:
- Search for product name
- Customer Code
- Search for GSC code
- Select product status (dropdown menu)
Search and Filter Menu Action Buttons
- Search: Runs the search and filters to return related results
- Reset: Resets the search boxes and filter to empty
- Batch order: After selecting products by clicking on the check boxes, click this to create a batch order
Product Actions
- Close: Item is closed and not visible to users, but still exists in the system if it needs to be reactivated by account admin.
- Details: Check order details such as pricing, card size, effects, design proofs, order history related to this product
- Download Approval Document: Download the related approval documents such as card scheme certifications and Letter of Approval (LOAs)
- Download Specification File: Download pdf file of art design and specifications of card effects, materials, finishing, type, and personalization requests.
- Add to Cart: Add the product to shopping cart
- Quick Order: Takes you directly to order page with card product listed (without the need to go through shopping cart)
Product Details
For each product listed, you can view the product details by clicking “Details” in the Actions column of the product table.

- View Sample File: Opens up the design artwork proof
Placing an Order
- Select the items you need to order by checking the box in the first column
- Click the “Batch Order” Button
- After entering the order interface, you can check order details, card specifications and other documents
