About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, inquisitive Marketing Executive to help drive overseas expansion in our core technology lines (financial payment products, devices, and platform-based services). You will take ownership of generating leads from scratch, building international customer relationships, help contribute to closing deals, and providing close marketing support. Your role is one of exploration and discovery as you contribute to the creation of value and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Help to identify new target markets and prospects.
- Assist in the execution of key marketing campaigns, tradeshows, initiatives, and production of collaterals for both online and offline use.
Essential Requirements
- Education: University degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a Marketing related role in the information technology sector. Ideally in a Digital Marketing, Field Marketing or Marketing Communications role.
- Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua is essential.
- Business Acumen: Appreciation of campaign ROI, understanding of the importance of strategy and goal alignment with respect to marketing activities, and awareness of the competitive landscape.
- Problem Solving & Ownership: Ownership mindset with a strong drive to create momentum and achieve goals.
- Communication & Coordination: Outstanding interpersonal, organization, and project-coordination abilities.
- Mobility: Availability to travel internationally as required.
Skills And Tools
- Demonstratable proficiency or familiarity with the following tools:
- Web: CMS (WordPress), Google Analytics.
- Design: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- CRM: Zoho.
- Social: LinkedIn, Google My Business.
- Email marketing: Zoho.
