Assistant President (Online Platform Management)

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant President to take a leadership role in overseeing the development of the company’s award-winning online platform related to card order management and consumer card services.

Role Responsibilities

1. Direct Management of Online Platform Department

  • Formulate a platform development strategy, set clear business development targets and profit model for the online platform
  • Integrate existing B2B and B2C platforms to establish a truly B2C2B platform through content optimisation and refining business models
  • Generate platform promotional strategies to achieve annual performance targets of the UMV Goldigital and YoMee platforms. Support the growth of the company’s overseas business developments through the advancement of the online platform

2.   Oversee Sales Department

  • Revise the annual sales strategy for the mainland China market to align with company objectives. Promote and support the realisation of the company’s business targets
  • Strengthen the integration and training of the existing sales team, lead existing sales team members to tap into sales advantages of the online platform, contributing to the rapid growth of the company’s performance.

Role Requirements

  • Tertiary education level (undergraduate) or above in IT and computer science related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ of proven working experience in the finance industry, experience in banking card centre is highly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ of experience in e-commerce sales and promotion management, candidates with a background in online factory finance department or bank payment card sales are highly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and team management skills
